Our Services
We help keep your property looking its best with pressure washing, soft washing and lawn care throughout Pensacola and the surrounding areas. Whatever needs attention, we do the job right at a fair price.
Before
After
Siding, brick and stucco get a gentle soft wash: a cleaning solution applied with low pressure that lifts off mildew, algae and dirt instead of forcing it off. Your house looks cleaner and fresher when we are done.
A surface cleaner works across flat concrete evenly, which is faster and more even than a wand alone. It lifts oil, mold and mildew buildup off the top of the concrete, so it isn't left sitting there.
Before
After
Shingles call for a lighter touch than a pressure wand. A low-pressure soft wash clears away the dark streaks and buildup, and a clean roof looks better. Keeping buildup off is part of taking care of it.
Keep your business looking clean, cared for and ready for customers. We wash storefronts, building exteriors, sidewalks and parking areas to remove dirt, algae and grime. Clean entrances make a better first impression, and removing slippery buildup helps keep walkways safer.
When accidents happen, we handle the messy jobs too, including large grease spills.

Building exteriors
We handle the boring work: grass cutting, weed eating, edging and blowing, plus small jobs like flower bed cleanup and planting small trees. Keeping up with it regularly keeps your yard looking cared for, and it is all done by the same local crew that washes your house.

Meet the owner
Stephen Hardy is a Pensacola native. He spent many years as a project manager for a premier electrical and utility contractor, working on turnkey power infrastructure: high-voltage transmission lines, substations and distribution systems.
After years away, Stephen and his wife moved back to Pensacola to be closer to the family they love. Coming home inspired them to start a family business of their own: Hardy Power Washing.
The Hardys are a Christian family, and their faith shapes how they treat people: honestly, with respect, and at a fair price.
Stephen's goal is to be known as the best pressure washing company in the Pensacola area, by treating every property with care and respect.

Stephen Hardy is an absolute pleasure to work with! Punctual, fair and honest! I even added on some more for him after he showed up even though we hadn’t discussed that particular job and he was happy to do it for me. I should’ve taken before shots, but somehow failed to do that. Everything looks fresh and clean!
