Washing
services

Pensacola's humid weather is hard on exteriors, and mildew and algae turn up on just about everything. Each surface needs its own kind of wash, so here is how we handle the main ones.

House washing

We soft wash houses: a cleaning solution goes on at low pressure, breaks down mildew and dirt, and gets rinsed away. High pressure can damage softer surfaces, so we keep it low.

The whole exterior gets washed, and the house looks cleaner and fresher when we are done.

Driveways, sidewalks and patios

Driveways, sidewalks and patios collect dirt, mold and mildew until they look tired and stained. We clean that buildup off so these surfaces look clean and cared for.

On flat concrete we use a surface cleaner for an even result without wand streaks, and a wand for the edges and tight spots.

Decks & privacy fences

Wood decks and privacy fences take a beating from the weather. Dirt, algae and mildew build up over time, and deck boards can get slick when damp. We soft wash wood with low pressure and a wood cleaner solution rather than blasting the boards, cleaning away the buildup for a cleaner, fresher appearance.

A good cleaning freshens up a weathered-looking fence and makes the deck more inviting, helping the whole backyard look cared for again.

Roof washing

Dark streaks on a shingle roof are usually algae. We soft wash instead of using high pressure, because a pressure wand can damage shingles.

A soft wash applies a cleaning solution at low pressure and rinses it off. Once the streaks and buildup are gone, the roof looks cleaner and fresher from the street.

Gutter cleaning

Leaves, dirt and other debris pile up in gutters and keep rainwater from draining the way it should. We clear that buildup out so water has a clear path off your roof.

We also brighten stained gutter exteriors and flush downspouts to help rainwater flow freely.

Gutter cleaning, exterior brightening and downspout flushing can each be booked on their own or alongside a house or roof wash. Tell us which ones you need and we will quote just those.

Commercial pressure washing

Entrances, sidewalks and parking areas take the most wear from foot traffic and vehicles, and they are the first thing customers see. We wash storefronts, sidewalks, parking areas and the outside of the building.

Heavy buildup and large grease spills are part of the job too. We clean those up along with the dirt, algae and grime that collect on any commercial exterior.
